Any certified security integrators or security sellers would be qualified to be our partner. There is no minimum buying requirement to apply. Once you fill out the partnership agreement form, our team would review it and create an account for you.

Currently, only products from the Essential Series (products ending in -E) are NDAA compliant, but we have more products coming soon that will be compliant!

Our boards and housings are manufactured in China, Taiwan, and Korea, but we do assembly in the United States in our Grand Prairie location.

The warranty period is 3 years.

The warranty period is 1 year.

Technical support is free for the amount of time that your warranty lasts. For our surveillance line, that means customers will get 3 years of technical support free and our thermal line customers will receive one year of technical support for free. After the warranty period, technical support will be a charge for a minimum of 1 hour of service.

General Technical Questions

Since we are dealing with security CCTV footage, it would be safer to create a strong password to make it more difficult to impossible for hackers to get into your system.

Cameras usually have an internal sensor that will measure the ambient light. Since there is not enough ambient light hitting the sensor at nighttime, the camera will need to revert to night vision mode which will trigger the IR (infrared) lights and show the camera in black and white.

  • Fixed Lens: Means the camera is set to view only at one specific angle. They usually have wider angle views which can help to eliminate dead zones.
  • Varifocal Lens: The camera has the option to zoom in/out, but it must be done manually.
  • Motorized Zoom Lens: These cameras can zoom in/out also but it can be done remotely from your phone or DVR/NVR. A majority of these types of cameras also have the ability to auto-adjust their focus.

Analog systems:

  • Coaxial cable: 850 – 1,100 ft.
  • Power: 200 ft.

IP systems:

  • POE: 200 ft.
  • NTSC: It stands for National Television Standards Committee. The standard is 525 lines, 60 Hz
  • PAL: It stands for Phase Alternate Line. The standard is 625 lines, 50 Hz

The most common standard for the United States is NTSC with the standard for many other countries being PAL.

There are 3 key points to consider before purchasing a CCTV security system:

  1. Location: Will the system be installed indoors or outdoors?
  2. Budget: How much can I afford to spend on a new system?
  3. Angle of View Requirement: What kind of coverage is required – a wide angle or a narrow view?

For DVR/NVR’s we place the model number on a sticker on the bottom of your unit. For cameras, it will either be on the side of the camera or on placed on the bottom.

The amount of storage required depends on:

  1. The number of days that you want recording to be saved for
  2. The amount of storage space the recorder can handle. It will be stated in the specifications for each unit.
