Explosion-Proof Speed Dome Camera Housing
Engineered for high-performance surveillance in hazardous environments, this explosion-proof housing is designed to protect speed dome (PTZ) cameras in areas where flammable gases or vapors are present. It is compliant with Class I, Division 1 and Zone 1 safety standards, making it ideal for applications in oil refineries, chemical plants, offshore platforms, and other industrial sites with explosion risk.
The housing is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, with an optional 316L stainless steel upgrade for enhanced resistance to corrosion, especially in marine or chemical-heavy environments. It features an Ex d IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof rating and is certified to operate safely in volatile atmospheres.
Rated IP68 and NEMA-6P, the enclosure provides complete protection against dust, high-pressure water jets, and temporary immersion. With an operating temperature range from -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F), this housing is built to perform reliably in both hot and cold climates.
