Default passwords vary by series. It is highly recommended to change the password immediately during setup for security.

Yes. We provide free technical support for the entire duration of your product's warranty. Our US-based team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST).

To locate your model number, check the adhesive label on the underside of your DVR or NVR.

For cameras, the number is on the side or base of the camera.
