Certified for Gas Zones 0, 1, and 2 (Class II, T1–T6) and Dust Zones 20, 21, and 22, it ensures safe and continuous monitoring in high-risk industrial applications such as oil refineries, gas extraction sites, chemical plants, fireworks production, food processing facilities, storage warehouses, and fuel stations.
Constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, with an optional 316L stainless steel upgrade for enhanced corrosion resistance, this camera is built to withstand extreme industrial conditions. Its rugged enclosure meets stringent explosion-proof standards with markings of Exd IIC T6 Gb / ExtD A21 IP66 T80°C and boasts an IP68 protection rating, ensuring complete resistance against dust ingress and water immersion.
The camera offers full 360° horizontal rotation and a vertical tilt range from +45° to -90°, enabling wide-area coverage with precision control. Both pan and tilt movements are smooth and controlled, with speeds of less than 20° per second to ensure stable image capture.
RS-485 communication allows for adjustable data rates and flexible protocol configurations, ensuring compatibility with existing surveillance networks. A simple 2-core cable provides power connectivity, streamlining installation.
Advanced video features include ICR automatic switching for seamless day and night monitoring, optical defog capabilities, backlight compensation, and electronic shutter adjustments to adapt to changing light conditions.
