Solar-Powered Light Trailer with 3 Solar Panels
The 2MSLT-400 Solar Light Tower Trailer is a rugged, mobile lighting solution designed for reliable, off-grid illumination in demanding environments. Powered entirely by solar energy, this unit combines high-efficiency LED lighting with a robust battery storage system and a fully adjustable mast, making it ideal for remote locations, nighttime operations, or areas where fuel-based lighting is impractical or restricted.
Sustainable Off-Grid Performance
Equipped with three 400W solar panels and a DC 24V system, the tower generates clean, renewable power with zero fuel cost. Its 8 x 150Ah gel batteries provide a total of 1200Ah capacity, supporting up to 30 hours of continuous lighting on a full charge. The battery bank charges from 50% to 100% in approximately 10 to 15 hours, ensuring a full recovery each day under optimal sunlight.
High-Intensity LED Illumination
Four 100W LED lamps deliver a powerful total output of 64,000 lumens, mounted on a 24.6 ft telescopic mast that rotates 360° for complete site coverage. The lighting system covers up to 0.252 acres at 5 lux, with an average brightness of 8.37 lux, making it ideal for large-scale applications such as construction, mining, emergency response, and event lighting.
Durable, Mobile Trailer Design
Built for tough conditions, the trailer features a single-axle frame with forklift pockets for easy loading and unloading. The mast can be manually raised and locked in place, while the trailer’s compact transportation dimensions (11.07 × 5.05 × 9.07 ft) expand to 11.07 × 10.04 × 24.60 ft when deployed. The entire system weighs approximately 2,645 lb, allowing for convenient towing and setup.
Zero Emissions, Low Maintenance
With no engine, no exhaust, and no noise, this light tower is perfect for environmentally sensitive areas or noise-restricted zones. The maintenance-free gel batteries and minimal moving parts reduce servicing requirements, lowering operational costs over time.
