Available in 50W and 100W configurations, this High-Power Explosion-Proof Speaker produces a massive sound pressure ranging from 113 dB to 120 dB. Operating on a 300 Hz to 6000 Hz frequency range with a constant 110V input, it ensures critical safety announcements easily cut through heavy industrial background noise, keeping your team aware of emergencies and your work site compliant with OSHA requirements.
Strict Safety and Gas Certifications
Because high-power electrical equipment can pose a significant risk in volatile areas, this speaker is strictly certified for gas and dust hazards, carrying Ex db IIC T6 Gb/Ex tb IIIC T80℃ Db certification marks. It is perfectly suited for Zone 1, Group IIC, T6 gas environments or Zone 21, Group IIIC, T80°C dust environments, such as oil and gas facilities, refineries, and hydrogen or acetylene areas.
The High-Power Explosion-Proof Speaker is encased in a highly durable die-cast aluminum housing designed to resist corrosion, and it is sealed tightly with a rubber ring featuring a 50 to 60 Shore A hardness rating. Weighing 6.7 kg (14.8 lb) and featuring an IP65 rating, it is a heavy-duty solution built to withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F).
