It is manufactured from premium stainless steel and finished with an original electropolished surface that resists corrosive washdowns and airborne contaminants. Customers can choose between two material configurations: standard 304 stainless steel (Model 2MEJB04-9) or marine-grade 316L stainless steel (Model 2MEJB16-9) for maximum resistance in high-salinity or chemical-rich environments.

The enclosure provides IP66 water and dust ingress resistance alongside a NEMA-4X rating, keeping sensitive electronics dry and functional during heavy precipitation, hose washdowns, and dusty operations.
