The 2MEXL-HQ2 Explosion-Proof LED High Bay Light (20–200W) delivers bright, energy-efficient illumination in areas exposed to flammable gases, vapors, and dust. It is certified for use in hazardous locations and built with a rugged copper-free aluminum body to withstand harsh industrial conditions.
From compact 20W models to powerful 200W configurations, this fixture supports a wide range of applications requiring safe, reliable, and long-lasting lighting. It is vibration-resistant, corrosion-proof, and fully sealed against water and dust intrusion (IP66).
Powerful Output with Flexible Options
This LED high bay light provides a wide lumen range—from 2,600 lm at 20W to 24,000 lm at 200W—ensuring optimal brightness for both small and large-scale spaces. At up to 130 lm/W efficiency, it reduces energy costs without compromising performance.
Users can select from multiple color temperatures (3000K to 6500K), beam angles (40°, 60°, 90°, 120°), and 0–10V dimming for precision lighting control. Optional diffusers (glass or polycarbonate, flat or convex) help manage glare and distribution.
Adaptable to Harsh Industrial Needs
Engineered to perform in extreme environments, this high bay operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +65°C (-40°F to +149°F), depending on configuration. It supports input voltages of 100–277 VAC or 200–480 VAC, and emergency-capable models operate at 120–277 VAC.
Durable stainless-steel hardware and IK08/IK10 impact ratings ensure long service life in demanding installations.
Multiple Mounting Methods
Compatible with a variety of industrial installation requirements, this light can be mounted via ceiling, surface, pendant, wall, or 25° stanchion setups. Standard ¾” NPT cable entry is included, with optional ½” NPT, M20, or M25 entries available.
